1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code")
2On April 14, 2016 the Tribunal wrote to the applicant delivering the respondents' Response in which the respondent sought the early dismissal of the Application. In the letter the applicant was directed to respond to the dismissal issues raised by the in their Response (Form 2) by April 28, 2016. The letter went on to explain that if the applicant failed to respond to the issues raised by the respondent the Tribunal may determine the issues based on the material before it or deem the Application to be abandoned and dismiss it for that reason.
3The applicant has not responded to this Direction and the time for doing so passed.
4In all of the circumstances I find that the applicant has abandoned this Application and it is dismissed.
