2The Request does not address any of the reasons for the dismissal of the Application. Instead, the applicant has filed letters involving a third party that had no involvement with any of the named individuals in the Application.

3Having considered the applicant’s Request, submissions and written documents, which are not topical to the issues before the Tribunal in this Application, there is no basis for the Tribunal to reconsider the Decision.
