The parties have agreed to resolve this Application and have filed a Form 25 with the Tribunal confirming their settlement. In their Form 25, they requested that the Tribunal issue a consent order in accordance with subsection 45.9(2) of the Code.

The parties hereto, by and with the advice of their respective solicitors, hereby agree to the following:
The Crown agrees to retract Crown Prosecutor Bian Wilkie's letter of September 21, 2015 and notify relevant enforcement staff of this retraction.
The Crown accepts and acknowledges, based on Justice Kwolek's decision of March 11, 2015, that Michel Blais, Matthew Blais and Tracy Blais are member of the local Sault Ste Marie Métis community.
All other aspects of the pending human rights Application under file number 2008-01040-I shall be and are hereby dismissed.
