1This is an Application under the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2On March 31, 2016 the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”), which directed the applicant to confirm in writing that he was proceeding with the Application and to file a Reply to the Response. The CAD warned the applicant that if he failed to comply with the CAD’s directives that the Application could be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant has not complied with the directives in the CAD and the time for doing so has passed. In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
