1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of age and disability.
2The Application was deferred pending the conclusion of another proceeding before the WSIAT.
3The applicant has filed a Request for Order During Proceeding seeking the reactivation of the Application because the WSIAT proceeding has concluded. Contrary to the requirements of the Tribunal's Rule 14 the applicant did not provide a copy of the WSIAT's decision and was directed to do so.
4The applicant has indicated that he will not provide a copy of the decision until he has consulted with the Ombudsman.
5The Tribunal will not process the Request to reactivate this Application without the applicant providing a copy of the WSIAT's decision.
6I am not seized.
