RECONSIDERATION DECISION

1On February 25, 2016, the Tribunal issued a Decision dismissing the Application as abandoned on the basis that the parties had settled the Application but had failed to provide the Tribunal with a completed Form 25 (Settlement) signed by the parties.

2Subsequently, it was discovered that the parties had in fact filed a completed Form 25. Through an administrative error on the part of the Tribunal, the completed Form 25 was not placed on the file.

3In the circumstances, it is appropriate for the Tribunal to reconsider the February 25, 2016 Decision on its own motion, and it is accordingly revoked.

4The Registrar is directed to issue a Confirmation of Settlement letter indicating that a completed Form 25 has been filed with the Tribunal and that the Tribunal’s file has been closed.
