1The Tribunal is in receipt of the respondent’s April 5, 2016 request that the April 18 and 19, 2016 hearing dates in this matter be adjourned. The basis for the request is that one of the respondent’s key witnesses has to attend important medical appointments with one of her family members on the scheduled hearing dates. The applicant consents to the adjournment request.

2In the circumstances, I am satisfied that it is appropriate to adjourn the hearing.
