1Having reviewed the parties’ Requests for an Order During Proceedings and the Responses to the Requests, the Tribunal makes the following orders and directions:
(1) The parties’ joint request that the respondent be permitted to file an amended Response and the applicant be permitted to file an amended Reply is granted.
(2) The parties’ joint request that the hearing scheduled for April 8, 2016 be adjourned and rescheduled is granted.
(3) The applicant’s request for costs is denied. The Tribunal has no authority to award costs. See Dunn v. United Transportation Union, Local 104, 2008 HRTO 405.
(4) Within two weeks of the date of this Interim Decision, the parties shall communicate with each other and advise the Tribunal’s Registrar as to their mutual availability for a rescheduled hearing.
(5) The parties shall fully comply with Rules 16 and 17 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure with respect to disclosure of documents and witnesses prior to the rescheduled hearing.
2The parties are not required to obtain an order from the Tribunal to put counsel on record.
