1On November 5, 2015, the applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2On November 26, 2015, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Intent to Dismiss Application, which directed her to file written submissions in response to the Notice by no later than January 8, 2016. The Notice warned the applicant that the Tribunal may consider a failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application, and dismiss the Application for that reason.
3On January 12, 2016, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Failure to Respond to Notice of Intent to Dismiss letter, which noted that she had not filed written submissions, and warned her that if she failed to do so by January 22, 2016, the Tribunal may dismiss the Application as abandoned
4To date, the applicant has not filed written submissions. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
