1The Tribunal is in receipt of the applicant’s March 23, 2016 request that the May 19 and 20, 2016 hearing dates in this matter be adjourned, because counsel for the applicant has recently had a lengthy civil trial scheduled that conflicts with the May 2016 hearing dates. The other parties consent to the request.

2In the circumstances, I am satisfied that it is appropriate to adjourn the hearing.

3The hearing will proceed on July 12 and 13, 2016, on which dates the parties have indicated they are available for the hearing of the Application. In accordance with the parties’ request, the deadline for the exchange and filing of the parties’ pre-hearing disclosure pursuant to Rule 16 and 17 of the Rules of Procedure will be 45 days before the new hearing dates.
