3By correspondence dated March 8, 2016 which was sent to the applicant via mail and email, the Tribunal advised the applicant that if she did not respond by March 16, 2016, the Tribunal would deem the Application abandoned and close its file. The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.

4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
