Introduction
1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").
2Following a full day hearing on the merits including closing submissions, and a subsequent request by the applicant that the decision be anonymized that was denied, the applicant made a request for leave to withdraw this Application. The respondents consented to the request and sought to have the decision reflect the stage at which the request for withdrawal was made.
