1These are two Applications alleging discrimination and reprisal in the provision of police services because of disability. The case is scheduled for mediation on April 15, 2016
2The respondent filed a Request for Order During Proceeding on October 29, 2015, to which the applicant has responded only in part.
3The respondent has requested that its Request be dealt with before mediation.
4Having reviewed the material it appears that the applicant has failed to particularize his allegation that officers of the respondent have attended a dog park he frequents and have said disparaging things about him. The applicant has provided no particulars of this allegation and it appears that may be because these things were not said in his presence but to others. He does state that he can provide witnesses who will provide particulars.
5The applicant is directed to provide, to the extent he can, as much detail as possible about these alleged interactions at the dog park, including who attended, who they spoke to, what they said and when these things were said. The applicant is directed to deliver and file these particulars on or before April 8, 2016.
