1A hearing in respect of this Application is scheduled for March 16 and 17, 2016, in London.

2As the applicant had not complied with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’s Rules of Procedure regarding pre-hearing disclosure of documents and witnesses, the respondent wrote several letters to the applicant requesting these materials. On March 8, 2016, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction directing the applicant to deliver these materials to the respondent and file them with the Tribunal by no later than March 14, 2016. The Case Assessment Direction also advised the applicant that if she did not contact the Tribunal at all by March 14, 2015, her Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

3The applicant did not contact the Tribunal and has failed to provide any documents, witness lists or witness statements.

4In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application.

ORDER

5The Application is dismissed as abandoned. The March 16 and 17, 2016 hearing dates are cancelled.
