1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). The parties have agreed to resolve this Application and have filed a Form 25 with the Tribunal confirming their settlement and requesting that the Tribunal issue a consent order in accordance with subsection 45.9(2) of the Code.
2The parties have agreed to amend the name of the organizational respondent to Pioneer Food Services Limited c.o.b. as Tim Hortons.
3Having regard to the parties’ agreement, the Tribunal orders that:
a. the name of the organizational respondent be changed from Tim Hortons to Pioneer Food Services Limited c.o.b. as Tim Hortons and the style of cause amended accordingly; and,
b. the Application is finally disposed of.
