1On October 7, 2015, the applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2On October 22, 2015, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Incomplete Application and Notice of Intent to Dismiss Application, which directed her to file a complete Application and written submissions in response to the Notice of Intent to Dismiss Application by no later than November 21, 2015. The Notice warned the applicant that the Tribunal may consider a failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application, and dismiss the Application for that reason.
3The applicant has not filed a complete Application or written submissions in response to the Notice of Intent to Dismiss Application, and the time for doing so has now passed.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
