Rozza Kovaleva, Applicant Self-represented

1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to goods, services, and facilities because of age contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").

2In an Interim Decision dated august 18, 2015, 2015 HRTO 1101, the Tribunal deferred consideration of the Application pending the conclusion of the applicant's civil proceeding before the Small Claims Court.

3On January 28, 2016 the applicant filed a Form 10 requesting her Application be reactivated. The Respondent did not respond to this request.

4It would appear that the applicant's civil proceeding was dismissed on consent on December 21, 2015.

5Under these circumstances the request to reactivate the Application is allowed.

6The Application will continue in the Tribunal's process.
