1On September 28, 2015, the applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.

2On October 22, 2015, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Intent to Dismiss (“NOID”), which directed him to file written submissions in response to the NOID by no later than November 21, 2015. The Notice warned the applicant that the Tribunal may consider a failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application, and dismiss the Application for that reason.

3The applicant has not filed written submissions in response to the NOID, and the time for doing so has now passed.

4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

5The Application is dismissed.
