1This Reconsideration Decision reconsiders Interim Decision 2016 HRTO 207. In that Interim Decision, I ordered that two individuals be removed as respondents to the Application. I also ordered that another individual be added as a personal respondent.
2At the time I rendered the Interim Decision, I was unaware that a different Vice Chair had already addressed the issue: see Interim Decision 2015 HRTO 841.
3As a result, the issue of the proper respondents to the Application was res judicata. Accordingly, I exercise my discretion to reconsider Interim Decision 2016 HRTO 207 and annul it. The Order set out in Interim Decision 2015 HRTO 841 will stand.
ORDER
4For the reasons set out above, I reconsider and annul Interim Decision 2016 HRTO 207. The sole respondent to the Application is Metro Ontario Inc.
