1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on August 20, 2015.
2On November 27, 2015, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) directing the applicant to provide a Reply to the respondent’s Response, and to respond to the respondent’s request that its name be changed to “Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services”.
3The applicant was directed to file a Reply within 14 days of the CAD (December 11, 2015) and was warned that if he failed to do so, the Tribunal might consider the Application to be abandoned and dismiss it on that basis.
4The applicant has not responded to the CAD and the time for doing so has now passed.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
