1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2The organizational respondent filed a request for the Tribunal to remove Jaime Raymond from the Application and to dismiss the Application by way of a summary hearing. The applicant did not respond to those requests.

3The Tribunal sent a letter advising the applicant and the respondent Defreitas, that they were required to respond to the requests by November 29, 2016. The respondent Defrietas complied with the Tribunal’s direction. The applicant did not comply and the time for doing so has now passed.

4I note that the applicant also did not file a Reply contesting the version of the events set out in the Responses.

5In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned this Application.

6Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
