1This Application was filed on April 22, 2016. The applicant’s friend, Clayton Fisher-Fuller, is named as the applicant’s representative in the Application form. The Application is signed by Clayton Fisher-Fuller. The applicant has not signed the Application or a Form 27 Application on Behalf of Another. In order for Clayton Fisher-Fuller to bring the Application on behalf of the applicant, the applicant must complete and sign a Form 27.

2In a Case Assessment Direction dated August 10, 2016, the Tribunal provided the applicant with a copy of the Form 27 and the Applicant was directed:

i. to notify the Tribunal on or before September 10, 2016, that she received this Case Assessment Direction;

ii. confirm to the Tribunal and the respondent that she is consenting to having Clayton Fisher-Fuller bring this Application on her behalf, and if she is consenting to this, deliver to the respondent and file with the Tribunal a fully completed Form 27 on or before September 26, 2016; or

iii. confirm to the Tribunal and the respondent that she wishes to proceed with the Application in her own right with Clayton Fisher-Fuller as her representative and if this is her with, to sign the Application form and file it with the Tribunal on or before September 26, 2016; and

iv. file a completed and signed Form 11 Response to the respondent’s Request for Order During Proceedings by September 26, 2016.

3The applicant was advised that failure to comply with these directions by September 26, 2016 may result in the Application being dismissed as abandoned.

4The Tribunal has received no further correspondence from the applicant as of this date.

5In the circumstance, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
