1This Application alleges discrimination contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2The applicant has filed a Request for Order During Proceeding (Request) in which he asserts that the representative of the respondent is in a conflict of interest and should be removed.
3The respondent opposes the Request.
4The Request is denied. The applicant relies on the fact that the respondent’s representative, who is a lawyer, was at one time the Chair of the Board of the respondent and is currently a member of the Board.
5These facts alone do not create a conflict of interest and the applicant does not otherwise articulate any basis for his claim that there is a conflict of interest as between the respondent and its representative.
6For these reasons the Request is denied at this stage.
