1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, on August 21, 2015.
2On August 25, 2016, the Tribunal sent an e-mail message to the parties directing them to confer and provide the Tribunal with dates they were available for a hearing by September 1, 2016. The respondent provided its availability, but the applicant did not respond.
3By letter dated September 2, 2016, the Tribunal directed that the applicant confirm her intentions regarding the Application. This letter indicated that if the applicant wished to proceed with the Application, she must respond to the Tribunal’s e-mail message of August 25, 2016. In the letter, the Tribunal warned the applicant that she did not respond to the letter by September 12, 2016, the Tribunal may dismiss the Application as abandoned.
4To date, the applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal’s correspondence.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
