INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Keith Brennenstuhl
Indexed as: Sampson v. Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp.
WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS
Kelly Sampson, Applicant
Self-represented
1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of sex including sexual harassment, sexual solicitation and reprisal contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2All of the respondents named in the Application filed a Response except for Sarup Singh.
3Apparently, Sarup Singh has moved from the address provided by the applicant in her Application.
4By Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) dated July 22, 2016, the Tribunal directed the applicant to provide the Tribunal the current contact information for Sarup Singh.
5The CAD went on to say that if the applicant did not want to add Mr. Singh as a personal respondent at all, so that the Application would proceed only against the other respondents, she was to advise the Tribunal accordingly.
6By email dated July 22, 2016 the applicant advised the Tribunal that she did not want to add Sarup Singh as a personal respondent for the compelling reasons set out in the email.
7Accordingly, Sarup Singh is removed as a personal respondent and the style of cause is amended accordingly.
Dated at Toronto, this 5th day of August, 2016.
