1This Interim Decision addresses the applicant’s request that the corporate respondent disclose to her the personal respondent’s last name and contact information.
2The applicant filed an Application in which she alleged that she was discriminated against, harassed and reprised against contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. She named one of the corporate respondent’s employees, an individual named “Ko”, as a personal respondent.
3Along with her Application, she filed a Request for Order During Proceedings requesting that the Tribunal order the corporate respondent disclose to her the personal respondent’s last name and his last known address.
4The corporate respondent submitted that it could not consent to the applicant’s request due to privacy reasons.
ORDER
5The corporate respondent is directed to provide the applicant and the Tribunal with the personal respondent’s last name and his last known address within 7 days of the date of this Interim Decision.
6The applicant must serve the Application on the personal respondent within 7 days of receiving the above information from the corporate respondent.
7I am not seized of this Application.
