Introduction
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2On March 16, 2015 the Tribunal sent correspondence to the applicant indicating that by no later than March 30, 2015 that she had to make submissions in response to the respondent’s Request to dismiss the Application. The applicant was warned that a failure to file submissions as directed could be considered an abandonment of the Application and it might be dismissed for that reason.
3On April 21, 2015 the Tribunal resent the correspondence to the applicant and the deadline for her to respond was extended to May 5, 2015.
4The applicant has not responded to the respondent’s Request to dismiss the Application and the time for doing so has now passed.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
