1This Application was filed on February 27, 2015, pursuant to s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, and alleges discrimination in services.
2On May 29, 2015, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) directing the applicant to file a Reply and a response to the respondent’s request for a summary hearing. The applicant was given 14 days to comply with the Tribunal’s direction. The CAD indicated that if the applicant did not file the Reply within 14 days, the Tribunal may consider the Application to be abandoned and dismiss it on that basis.
3The applicant has not filed a Reply and the time for doing so has now passed.
4Accordingly, this Application is dismissed as abandoned.
