1At a preliminary hearing on March 19, 2015, I ordered that the Application be deferred pending the conclusion of a proceeding involving the same parties before the Ontario Court of Appeal, and adjourned the hearing. The parties agreed that the Application should be reactivated and the preliminary hearing rescheduled once the proceeding before the Court of Appeal had concluded.

2On May 26, 2015, the respondent sent the Tribunal a letter, which requested that the Application be reactivated because the proceeding before the Court of Appeal had concluded. A copy of the Court’s Endorsement was attached to the letter. The respondent also requested that the preliminary hearing be rescheduled.

3The Tribunal therefore orders that the Application be reactivated. The Registrar will reschedule the preliminary hearing.
