1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of age contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). In particular, the applicant alleges that she went to a job interview with the respondent and was not hired because of her age.

2The Tribunal sent the Application to the respondent at the address provided by the applicant. It was returned as not deliverable. It appears that the respondent has closed its business operations in Canada. The Tribunal wrote to the applicant to ask for her submissions about what to do with the Application. She did not respond to that letter and the time for doing so has now passed.

3In the circumstances, the Tribunal will deem that the Application has been withdrawn and it is dismissed on that basis.
