1The applicant has filed two Applications with the Tribunal. His first Application (2014-18209-I) is scheduled for a hearing on October 14, 2015. He has filed a second Application (2015-20486-I) alleging that the respondent reprised against him due the filing of his first Application.
2In its Response, the respondent requested that the two Applications be consolidated and heard together since they involve the same parties and an overlap of facts.
3The applicant did not respond to the respondent’s request.
4Given the overlap of facts and legal issues between the two Applications, the Tribunal considers it appropriate to consolidate the Applications and hear them together.
ORDER
5The applicant’s two Applications (2014-18209-I and 2015-20486-I) shall be consolidated and heard together on October 14, 2015.
6The deadline for the parties’ disclosure to each other of arguably relevant documents (Rule 16.1 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure) relating to Application 2015-20486-I is July 13, 2015. The deadline for the parties’ disclosure and filing of witness statements and documents to be relied upon at the hearing (Rules 16.2, 16.3, 17.1 and 17.2) for both Applications will be the August 31, 2015 deadline set out in the Notice of Hearing Issued for Application 2014-18209-I.
