Introduction
1In her Application, the applicant alleged that the Social Benefits Tribunal (“SBT”) and various individuals employed by the SBT and others discriminated and reprised against her contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H. 19, as amended (the “Code”). The applicant claims that she was discriminated against because of race, colour, disability, sex, sexual orientation, family status, marital status, age and association with a person identified by a ground protected under the Code. She also claims to have been reprised against contrary to the Code. In her Application, the applicant claims that the respondents named in her Application discriminated against her in the course of denying her Ontario Disability Support Program (“ODSP”) benefits.
2By Interim Decision, 2014 HRTO 1708, the Tribunal directed the applicant to provide addresses for the following personal respondents named in her Application: Luba Neuwirth, Don Nickle, Leslie Jardin, Ian Leishman and Maryann Farenech. The Tribunal advised the applicant that it required the addresses in order to process the Applicant against these personal respondents. By letter dated December 11, 2014, the applicant was directed to provide the missing addresses by January 5, 2015.
3The applicant has not provided any addresses for the above-listed respondents and the time for doing so has now passed.
4In these circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application as against the personal respondents listed in para. 2 above.
ORDER
5For the reasons set out above, the Application is dismissed as against Luba Neuwirth, Don Nickle, Leslie Jardin, Ian Leishman and Maryann Farenech. As noted in Interim Decision, 2014 HRTO 1708, the Application as against the Social Benefits Tribunal of Ontario, Sonja Bozovic-Oczak, and Beverly Moore will proceed to a summary hearing. A Case Assessment Direction setting out directions for the summary hearing will be sent to the applicant and the remaining respondents to this Application.
