1On June 17, 2014, the applicant filed an Application with this Tribunal under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, which alleged that the respondent had discriminated against him with respect to employment
2On August 1, 2014, the respondent filed a Response, which denied the allegation of discrimination.
3On December 8, 2014, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Hearing to the parties, which informed them that the hearing was scheduled for May 25-26, 2015, at the hearing centre in Toronto, starting at 9:30 a.m.
4On May 25, 2015, neither party attended the hearing or contacted the Tribunal to explain their absence.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
