1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2On or about February 23, 2015, the applicant indicated that he intended to withdraw this Application and was advised that he should file a Form 9 by March 16, 2015. The applicant did not file a Form 9.
3On May 19, 2015, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant directing that the applicant file a Form 9 by May 29, 2015, failing which the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
4The applicant did not respond to this correspondence from the Tribunal and has not otherwise communicated with the Tribunal in any way.
5In all of the circumstances I find that the applicant has abandoned this Application and it is dismissed.
