1On March 13, 2015, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (the “CAD”) which directed the applicant to file submissions with respect to the issue of whether the Application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
2The applicant did not file submissions as directed and the deadline for doing so has long passed. The CAD warned the applicant that if she did not file submissions as directed the Application could be dismissed as abandoned. I am satisfied that the CAD was sent to the mailing address and email address provided by the applicant.
ORDER
3In these circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
4The Application is dismissed.
