1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of family status and marital status contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2The parties attended the first day of hearing and at the outset made submissions with respect to the removal of the personal respondent. The applicant agreed to the respondents’ request that the personal respondent be removed.
