1This Interim Decision addresses the applicant’s request to amend his Application by adding the ground of reprisal or threat of reprisal.

2By Request for Order during Proceedings (“RFOP”) dated April 24, 2015 the applicant requests that the Application be amended to include additional allegations with respect to reprisal as set out in the RFOP.

3The respondents have not filed submissions in response to the RFOP.

4Given that there has been no objection to the RFOP to amend the application, the Application is amended to include the additional allegation of reprisal as set out in the RFOP.

5In these circumstances the Tribunal orders as follows:

a. The applicant’s request to amend the Application is granted;

b. Should the respondents wish to file an amended Response they are required to file their amended Response with the Tribunal, delivered to the applicant, on or before June 8, 2015;

c. The applicant may file an amended Reply with the Tribunal, delivered to the respondents, on or before June 15, 2015.
