1This is an Application alleging discrimination on the grounds of race, ancestry, place of origin, creed sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, and age contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2On April 13, 2015, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the Application (“NOID”). The NOID indicated that the Application appeared to be outside of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction because it failed to identify any acts that might amount to discrimination within the meaning of the Code.

3The NOID directed the applicant to file responding submissions on or before May 13, 2015, failing which the Tribunal would either make a decision based only on the information in the Application or dismiss the Application as abandoned.

4The applicant did not respond to the NOID. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
