Indexed as: M.T v. Interim Place
The Tribunal held a hearing into the merits of this matter on February 23, 2015.
The Tribunal had scheduled continuation dates in August and September, 2015. On April 10, 2015, the Tribunal sent an email to the parties advising them that the continuation dates were cancelled and the hearing would be postponed. It directed the parties to send their available dates in January and February, 2016, no later than April 17, 2015.
The applicant did not respond to the email.
On April 27, 2015, the Tribunal sent a rescheduling request (“the Request”), by mail and by email, to the applicant. This Request informed the applicant that if she wished to proceed with her Application, she had to reply to the Tribunal's April 10, 2015 email and provide the Tribunal with her available dates. It also informed the applicant that if she did not respond to the Request by May 5, 2015, the Application may be considered abandoned and the file may be closed.
The applicant did not respond to the Request.
Accordingly, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
The Application is dismissed.
