1This Application was filed on October 25, 2013. In an Interim Decision dated February 18, 2014, the Tribunal deferred further consideration of the Application because of an ongoing grievance proceeding.
2On February 6, 2015, the Tribunal Registrar wrote to the parties to advise that the applicant was required to advise whether the grievance process was still ongoing. The applicant was told that if she did not respond to this letter within 30 days, the Tribunal could dismiss the Application as abandoned. No response was received from the applicant.
3On April 15, 2015, the Tribunal contacted the applicant again to remind her of the Registrar’s letter and asking her to provide an update about the grievance proceeding by April 21, 2015.
4No response has been received to this communication.
5In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
