1The applicant filed an Application alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of sex contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2The Tribunal scheduled a mediation to take place on April 13, 2015. The applicant did not attend the mediation.
3The Tribunal issued a Registrar’s letter on April 14, 2015 advising the applicant that she was required to advise the Tribunal by April 24, 2015 whether she intended to proceed with her Application. In the letter, the Tribunal advised the applicant that if she did not respond by this date, the Tribunal might deem the Application to be abandoned. The applicant did not file a letter with the Tribunal, nor did she contact the Tribunal in response to the letter to advise the Tribunal whether she intended to proceed with her Application.
4In these circumstances, the Application is deemed to be abandoned.

5For the reasons set out above, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
