1The applicants each filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on August 22, 2011.
2On April 16, 2015 the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) directing each of the applicants to, by no later than April 23, 2015, deliver to the respondents and file with the Tribunal the documents each of them intended to rely upon at the hearing, a list of their witnesses and a brief statement describing what their witnesses would say when they testified, as well as deliver to the respondents their arguably relevant documents and file with the Tribunal a Form 23 Statement of Delivery confirming delivery to the respondents. The applicants were warned that if they failed to comply by the required deadline the Tribunal might consider the failure as abandonments of the Applications and dismiss the Applications for that reason.
3Neither of the applicants has responded to the CAD and the time for doing so has now passed.
4In the circumstances, the applicants are deemed to have abandoned their Applications.
5Both the Applications are dismissed.
