Boyce v. Toronto Community Housing Corporation, 2015 HRTO 427

1By Case Assessment Direction dated June 14, 2011, this case was placed in abeyance pending the judicial review of the applicant’s related Application that appeared to involve the same allegations. Following the Divisional Court proceedings, the other Application (Tribunal File No. 2008-00247-I) was re-heard and decided (see 2012 HRTO 853).

2In a Case Assessment Direction issued to the parties on August 2, 2013 the Tribunal advised the parties that it appeared that the issues between the parties have been finally determined. Accordingly the parties were directed to provide submissions wihitn two weeks of the Direction explaining why the Application should be heard failing which the Application would be dismissed as abanondened.

3Neither party has communicated with the Tribunal since the Case Assessment Direction above. Accordingly the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
