Introduction

1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on September 9, 2014 and the respondent filed a Response on October 24, 2014. Both parties indicated that they agreed to attend mediation. However, the applicant has not provided the Tribunal with an available date to reschedule the mediation, as requested by the Tribunal, nor has she otherwise contacted the Tribunal since filing the Application.

2By correspondence dated February 12, 2015, the Tribunal advised the applicant that if she did not respond within seven (7) days of the date of the correspondence, the Tribunal may deem the Application abandoned and close its file. The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.

3In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

4The Application is dismissed.
