1The applicant filed this Application under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on September 30, 2013.
2The hearing of this began on February 23, 2015 and the parties present engaged in Mediation/Adjudication pursuant to Rule 15A of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure. The applicant reached a settlement with the organizational respondent (and filed a Confirmation of Settlement Form) and requested, in writing, to withdraw the Application as against the individual respondents. The applicant’s request to withdraw is hereby granted.
3The Application is dismissed as against the individual respondents. The Tribunal shall issue a closing letter to the applicant and organizational respondent in light of the settlement between them.
