2The Tribunal was advised that the parties entered into Minutes of Settlement resolving the application. The parties also filed a Form 25, in which they jointly requested that the Tribunal issue a Consent Order under 45.9(2) of the Code.
CONSENT ORDER
3Pursuant to s. 45.9 (2) and on the joint request of the parties, the Tribunal makes the following Final Order in this Application:
The Application as against Tony Shahrasebi, Robert Shahrasebi and Ali Akbar Hedayati is withdrawn.
4The Tribunal’s file is closed accordingly.
