1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). The Application was deferred pending the outcome of another proceeding.

2On December 3, 2014 the Tribunal issued a Registrar’s letter directing the applicant to provide the status of other proceeding. The applicant was advised that failure to respond to the letter could result in the Application being dismissed as abandoned.

3The applicant did not respond and time for doing so has now passed. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

4Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
