Introduction

1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on March 17, 2014.

2On November 3, 2014, the Tribunal sent an email to the parties requesting that they provide mutually agreeable dates to reschedule a previously scheduled hearing for March 11, 2015. The applicant did not respond to this request.

3The Tribunal sent a further email to the applicant on November 12, 2014 asking her to provide dates for the rescheduling of the hearing. The applicant did not respond to this request.

4On November 18, 2014, further correspondence was sent to the applicant by regular mail and email, requesting that the applicant confirm her intentions with respect to the Application by December 5, 2014. This letter indicated that if the applicant did not confirm her intentions by this date, the Application might be dismissed as abandoned.

5To date, the applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal’s correspondence.

6In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

ORDER

7The Application is dismissed.
