1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").
2On December 9, 2014 the respondents filed a Response to the Application (Form 2) together with a Request for Order During Proceeding (Form 10) as well as a Request for Summary Hearing (Form 26). The applicant has not responded to any of these materials and the time for doing so has passed.
3In a Case Assessment Direction issued on January 23, 2015 the applicant was directed to deliver and file a Response (Form 11) addressing the Request for Summary Hearing and the Request for Order During Proceeding, together with an explanation for her failure to do so in a timely way, within 7 days of the date of the Direction, failing which the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
4The applicant has not responded to this Direction or communicated with the Tribunal in any way. The Case Assessment Direction was sent to the applicant by regular mail, courier and email. There is no indication that the applicant did not receive this or any other of the material delivered to her.
5In the circumstances the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and it is dismissed.
