1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").

2Two Case Assessment Directions ("CAD's") have been issued in relation to this Application (October 24, 2014 and December 31, 2014) providing directions to the applicant. The second CAD provided the applicant with an additional 21 days to respond to the directions of the Tribunal. The CAD also indicated that if the applicant failed to respond within that time, the Application may be dismissed for abandonment.

3The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal's directions and the time for doing so has now passed.

4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

5Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
